At ADCO Hearing Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not the perfect fit, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached to the garments.

  Ship Your Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
